RTI Bridge Loans is a direct portfolio lender, specializing in short-term bridge loans secured by both first and second trust deeds on real estate properties in California. Our origins trace back to 1986 when Robert Abbasi, our President, founded RTI Properties to invest in apartment complexes across Los Angeles County. What began as a personal investment endeavor has since evolved into a nationally recognized real estate firm, with affiliates that own and manage a diverse portfolio of multi-family, hotel, retail, office, and storage properties throughout the United States.
With over 40 years of extensive industry experience, Robert Abbasi launched his career in 1983 as an Investment Consultant, initially focusing on apartment buildings and commercial properties. He later established RTI Properties after earning his Executive MBA with distinguished honors from the University of Southern California (USC). His entire professional journey has been dedicated to real estate investment and management, with a track record of completing transactions worth billions of dollars, many of which were part of his personal investment portfolio.
