A developer was just completing and leasing up a large mixed use project in Santa Clarita. His construction loan had matured and he needed a runway to complete the lease up of the project and obtain a conventional take out loan. We made a 2nd trust deed loan of $3,200,000 to complete the capital stack in order to accomplish the developer’s objectives.
