Robert Abbasi is a highly experienced businessman with nearly 40 years of experience as a real estate executive. He’s dealt with transactions in virtually every facet of real estate from investment to development to bridge lending, to asset management. RTI Properties, Inc. was founded in 1986, and as it grew, it became one of the nation’s leading real estate firms with divisions spanning various real estate asset classes and service companies. His expansion into RTI Bridge Loans marked a pivotal transformation, establishing him as a nationally recognized leader in bridge lending. 

Robert’s exceptional ability to facilitate quick and effective financial solutions for investors has solidified his reputation as a key figure for bridge loans in Los Angeles. His expertise in bridge loans has empowered numerous investors to smoothly transition through the critical phases of acquiring new properties and facilitated numerous high-impact transactions. Over the span of his 40-year career, Robert has orchestrated real estate transactions worth billions of dollars, marking him as a pivotal figure in the industry. He also co-founded a Federally chartered bank, where he served as a Bank Board Director and was a member of the Loan Committee. His extensive real estate knowledge, entrepreneurial skill, and strong work ethic have established him as a prominent figure in California’s real estate bridge lending sector. 

Robert has also served as a confidant and advisor to many in the industry including institutions, investors, brokers, property managers, and lenders. As a renowned speaker and panelist within the investment community, he imparts his investment strategies and management approaches to property investors of all levels, from beginners to seasoned experts.

Robert earned an MBA from the University of Southern California where he graduated with honors. He also holds a B.A. Degree in Economics from USC. He was chosen for the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa National Honors Society and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
